RadioComm can be used to enable new features, such as EDGE on Motorola phones and is often used by Motorola enthusiasts to customize their phones.
EDGE, short for Enhanced Data GSM Environment, is a faster version the GSM wireless service designed to deliver data at rates up to 3 times faster (at 384 Kbps) and enable the delivery of multimedia and other broadband applications to mobile devices.
You will need Microsoft .NET Framework to run RadioComm.
